ئه‌نجامی به‌هاری عه‌ره‌بی بۆ سوریا پایزێكی دوورودرێژ بوو. هه‌روه‌ها ساڵی 2003 و به‌تایبه‌تیش پاش كشانه‌وه‌ی هێزه‌كانی ئه‌مریكا و شكستهێنانی گشت هه‌وڵه‌كان له به‌رقه‌رار كردنی سیسته‌مێكی دیموكراسی نه‌یهێشت عێراق ده‌ربازی بێت له جه‌نگی مه‌زهه‌بی.
دۆخی ئاڵۆزی سیاسی و ئاساییشی هه‌ردوو وڵاتی ناوبراو مایه‌ی هاتنه‌كایه‌وه‌ی ناوه‌ندێكی له‌بار بوون بۆ هه‌ڵتۆقان و په‌ره‌سه‌ندنی گروپه رادیكاڵه‌كانی هاوشێوه‌ی داعش و گروپگه‌لێكی دیكه. له ڕژێمی ئه‌سه‌د له سوریا و جگه له حكومه‌تی ناوه‌ندی له عێراق، رۆژ دوای رۆژ ڕۆڵ و پێگه‌ی ئه‌كته‌ره‌كانی دیكه له په‌ره‌سه‌ندندان. لاوازتر بوونی پێگه‌ی ئه‌سه‌د، ده‌رفه‌تی زیاتر ده‌به‌خشێته ئێران بۆ به‌هێزكردنی ستراتیژییه‌تی قوڵتركردنه‌وه‌ی شه‌ڕی ناوخۆی وڵاته‌كه. ئه‌مه‌ش ئه‌و ئه‌گه‌ره زیاتر ده‌كات كه براوه‌ی ئه‌م شه‌ره ناوخۆییه له (حزب الله) و داعش زیاتر نه‌بن، كه هه‌ردوو رێكخراو نێردراوی ده‌ره‌كیین و خاوه‌ن سه‌رچاوه‌ی بیانیین، هه‌روه‌ها هیچ په‌یوه‌ندییه‌كیان به ره‌سه‌نایه‌تی خاكی سوریاوه نییه.
رۆڵی حكومه‌تی ناوه‌ندی عێراق له جه‌نگی دژ به داعشدا ڕۆڵێكی لاواز و شكستخواردووه. گه‌رچی ئه‌مه قازانجێكی زیاتری به‌خشییه داعش و له‌ماوه‌ی ئه‌م دووساڵه‌دا به‌هێزتری كرد. به‌ڵام ده‌توانین بڵێین له‌م هاوكێشه‌یه‌دا براوه‌ی یه‌كه‌م و كۆتایی میلیشیا نێردراوه‌كانی ئێرانن ” به‌تایبه‌تی حه‌شدی شه‌عبی ” .
رۆڵی كورد له ناوچه‌كه‌دا پاش كشانه‌وه‌ی هێزی سه‌ربازی ویلایه‌ته یه‌كگرتووه‌كان له عێراق و هه‌روه‌ها هه‌ڵگیرسانی به‌هاری عه‌ره‌بی، له‌دایك بوونی چانسێكی دیكه بوو بۆ كوردانی ناوچه‌كه. كه رێگایه‌ك بوو بۆ دووباره گه‌شاندنه‌وه‌ی سیاسه‌تی كوردی له رۆژهه‌ڵاتی ناوه‌ڕاستدا. شه‌ڕی تیرۆری كوردانی رۆژئاواو و كوردانی عێراق، پاڵپشتییه سه‌ربازی و سیاسییه‌كانی هه‌ولێر بۆ كوردانی رۆژئاوا له‌م جه‌نگه سه‌خته‌دا، له هه‌مووشی گرنگتر هه‌بوونی دوژمنێكی هاوبه‌ش دووباره لێك نزیك بوونه‌وه‌ی كوردانی هه‌ردوو پارچه‌ی لێكه‌وته‌وه. كه‌وا به یه‌كێك له دێرینترین بازنه‌كانی رۆژهه‌ڵاتی ناڤین دێنه هه‌ژماردن. ئه‌م هاوبه‌شییه چاوه‌رواننه‌كراوه بووه هۆی به‌ده‌ستهێنانی متمانه‌ی ئه‌مریكا و وڵاته زلهێزه‌كانی رۆژئاوا. كه دواجار پاڵپشتی سه‌ربازی و سیاسی جێگای ئه‌م متمانه‌یه‌ی گرته‌وه. به‌م شێوه‌یه كورد دوایی سه‌ده‌یه‌ك بووبه ئه‌كته‌رێكی خاوه‌ن پێگه له ناوچه‌كه‌دا. ژیاندنه‌وه‌ی ناوچه‌كه پێویستی به پلانه رژێمی ئه‌سه‌د بمێنێت یاخود له‌ناوبچێت، دۆخی ناوخۆیی سوریا تا دێت خراپتر ده‌بێت. به‌و راده‌یه‌ی سوریا به‌ره‌و ئه‌فغانستان بوون ده‌چێت (واتا ئه‌فغانستانی دووه‌می ناوچه‌كه). خه‌ریكه حزب الله ده‌بێت به ئه‌كته‌رێكی كاریگه‌ر له‌سه‌ر ئاستی ناوچه‌كه و نێوده‌وڵه‌تی. له ئه‌گه‌ری نه‌مانی رژێمی ئه‌سه‌د دروستبوونی نیوه حكومه‌تێكی (حزب الله)یی هاوشێوه‌ی ئه‌وه‌ی لوبنان رووداوێكی چاوه‌ڕوانكراوه. له‌وه‌ئه‌چێت عێراقیش بێبه‌ش نه‌بێت له‌هه‌مان چاره‌نووس، تاكه جیاوازی له‌بڕی حزب الله ئه‌كته‌ره‌كان بریتین له میلیشیا نێردراوه‌كانی ئێران. رۆبرت فیسك، له بابه‌تێكدا له ژێر ناونیشانی (دوایی نه‌مانی داعش بۆ ژیانێكی نوێ رۆژهه‌ڵاتی ناڤین پێویستی به پلان هه‌یه) كه بۆ رۆژنامه‌ی ئێندی پێندت نووسیویه‌تی ده‌ڵێت ” له جه‌نگی جیهانی دووه‌مدا و پێش كۆتایی هاتنی جه‌نگه‌كه به چه‌ند ساڵێك وڵاتانی هاوپه‌یمان له هه‌وڵی داڕشتنی پلاندا بوون بۆ دروستكردنی دونیای دوایی جه‌نگ. كه‌چی ئه‌مڕۆ نه له‌لایه‌ن وڵاتانی عه‌ره‌بییه‌وه و نه له‌لایه‌ن وڵاتانی دیكه‌وه ئه‌م هه‌وڵه نابینرێت و هیچ وێنایه‌ك له ئارادا نییه بۆ ئه‌وه‌ی رۆژهه‌ڵاتێكی ناڤینی نوێی تێدا ببینرێت. له درێژه‌ی نووسینه‌كه‌یدا فیسك ” هێرشه ئاسمانییه‌كانی هاوپه‌یمانان به‌ته‌نها چاره‌سه‌ری كێشه‌كه ناكه‌ن، به‌ڵكو ده‌بێت له خه‌ڵكانی ناوچه‌كه‌وه بزانرێت كه بۆ داهاتوویان خه‌ون به چ جۆره شوێنێكه‌وه ده‌بینن بۆ ئه‌وه‌ی تێیدا بژین. پێویستی ناوچه‌كه بریتی نییه له بنه‌مایه‌ك كه له‌سه‌ر سیاسه‌تی نه‌وت و غازدا دامه‌زرابێت، به‌ڵكو بونیاتنانه‌وه‌ی سیسته‌می ژیان له ناوچه‌كه‌دا پێویستی به بنه‌مایه‌كی په‌روه‌رده‌یی پته‌و هه‌یه.

THE END OF ISIS, WHICH BIGNNING
Arabic Spring for Syria was long autumn, especially after withdrawal of American troops in 2003 from Iraq and unsuccessful attempts for establishing a democratic and stable system; thus, Iraqis were not able to overcome sectarian wars; both countries’ political atmosphere have become a suitable location for increasing the radical religious groups like ISIS and alike. Except for Assad’s regime in Syria and central authority in Iraq; the other auteurs’ position is developing day after day; weakening of Assad’s Regime makes an opportunity for Iran’s strategic policy available and deepens the civil war and the winners are no body, except for Hezbollah (God’s Party) and ISIS, furthermore, both parties are imported from outside and they are not from local resources. Iraq could not overcome ISIS and operated unsuccessful war against ISIS, this made ISIS to be stronger and gained popularity in the last 2 years. We can say that the main winners in this war are merely (Hashid Al-Shabi) and other militias, which are being supported by Iran. After withdrawal of the American troops in Iraq and the Arabic spring, the Kurds have obtained opportunity to play a role in the Middle East policy, the Syrian and Iraqi Kurds’ war against Terrorism and the political as well as military assistance to western Kurds made an opportunity available for eastern and western Kurds to close to each other, who are ancient circles in the Middle East, this corporation led to a political and military cooperation by the US and western countries; thus the Kurds become an important auteur after a century of deprivation from their rights. In this region there are choices for Assad whether he will remain on power or will be removed from it. The internal circumstances in Syria worsens gradually and Syrian will be afganized (the second Afghanistan in the region); Hezbollah is going to gain power and authority in the region and internationally. If Assad removed from power, a semi-state (Hezbollah) would be established just like in Lebanon and importing the Iranian Militias. Robert Fisk has focused in a title (The Middle East needs a new life and new plan after extinction of ISIS), he wrote for Independent and said (whilst the Second World War and before ending, a new plan was organized and a new life after war was directed), but this attempt is not seen neither by Arabic countries nor by any other countries. Bombarding from the sky alone cannot solve problems, said Fisk, but we should ask people, in which place they would like to be and live. The region should not be based upon gas and oil policy; on the contrary the region should be based upon a modern and a strong education policy. Instead of King Palaces and establishing terror bases, universities and colleges should be built, because the factor, which eliminates terrorism and self-suicide, is only educational revolution, in addition to that, teens’ self-suicide of age 16 and their participation in
terrorism is far way from human values in Syrian and Iraq, this is certified by Fisk. After such tremendous destruction and displacing people in the region problems cannot be solved only by the international super powers, it means, that an internal will of the people together, can bring common life back, we see, that there is neither common will nor international plan to give life back to people, and there is no such process; we should focus on Kurdistan’s security, which is in comparison to the other parts has really a throne! But if peace does not return to these regions, Kurdistan’s security will be under threat and influence of this nightmare.
